Well he's right about that. Even Joe Biden and George W. Bush, as dumb and demented as they were, even they weren't dumb enough to be doing what this windbag is doing. This guy is on a different level of stupidity with his attacks on Iran and using the Military on his own countrymen and countrywomen. What he probably REALLY means though is his handlers, the Elite, are allowing him more freedom to do the theatrics that he's been doing way more than most of if not all of his predecessors.
